Software Engineers - Fresh graduates with CGPAs > 3

We are a web development company named as Fliclicks Software Solutions. We specialise in web development using the cutting edge frameworks of Ruby on Rails, Node.js. We are currently looking for fresh graduates as well as experienced Rails developers (1-3) years of experience. Ideal candidate should have a core development experience of Rails between 1-3 years and preferably should be the graduate of COMSATS, PU, FAST; however there is no restriction on university. In the interview we will ask you to write code and we will give you small coding problems to solve and if you are not confident on your coding skills. For fresh graduates we will ask them to write code using pointers and we will test your skills in data structures and algorithms up to limits, no prior tool knowledge is required for fresh graduates.We will count your core development experience in Rails. Good knowledge is JS frameworks such as Coffee script, Jquery. Knowledge in *AngularJS. EmberJS, OR Backbone JS will be a huge plus. Knowledge in test driven development will also be a hude plus. We want to see HOW deep you can go solve a problem.
